Senior Analyst, Paid Search Marketing

The Senior Analyst, Search Marketing will be responsible for managing complex and integrated campaigns. The Senior Analyst will manage and execute all tactical aspects of search campaigns and work within the Paid Search capability, but will also work within cross-capability teams on large scale client engagements at Beeby, Clark + Meyler to ensure we are delivering full, innovative digital solutions.

 

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for owning client communications with assistance from their manager on large-scale clients at BCM. In addition to managing a campaign from start to finish, the Senior Analyst is expected to continually evolve strategies in order to exceed expectations. This requires an entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation within campaign tactics and strategies. They will need to have the ability to adapt to changing marketing conditions – new opportunities, emerging trends, competitive challenges that enable the agency to deliver successful campaigns that solidify client engagements long term.

Overall responsibilities of the Senior Analyst:

  • Help manage client relationships and ongoing communications.
  • Flawlessly execute search engine campaign management (Google, YouTube, GDN,Shopping, Microsoft Ads, etc).
  • Develop and create new innovation and testing strategies for their clients
  • Translate campaign/client goals into actionable Paid Search strategy tactics.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the story of the data to the client, including not only what happened, but “why” the performance changed.
  • Responsibility of complete management of a Paid Search program from start to finish
  • Responsibility for training and nurturing new onboarding Analysts
  • Day-to-day campaign management, client communications and insights for
    large-scale clients:

    • Keyword development to adhere to campaign objectives
    • Creative copywriting – text-based titles and descriptions
    • Landing page testing strategies
    • Developing and executing smart bidding strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, previous agency experience is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of Paid Search experience
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Complete proficiency with all Paid Search tools, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Doubleclick
  • Preferred knowledge of automated tools like Optmyzr, Opteo and scripts and rules within the engines
  • Highly motivated and willing to work closely within a team structure
  • Able to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to achieving objectives
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
