The Federal Trade Commission has been cracking down on digital advertising, particularly on disclosures, testimonials, and endorsements. In March 2013, the FTC released a revised version of their Online Advertising Disclosure Guidelines. Despite this release, we’ve noticed many online advertisers still disclosing improperly (or in some cases, not at all).
